100% cotton. 'Double Beam Jacquard' using fancy yarns; 50% of the warp is superfluous yarn. Usually Double Beam technique is used for making supplemental stripes. Fabric woven in Japan.

Professionally Dry Clean or Machine wash cold separately/delicate cycle. Hang Dry. Low to Medium Iron.
