Jhane's Take on the Jigsaw Puzzles

These are another paper-based product, so I knew from the start that the printing would be excellent. And it is — clean, accurate, and exactly what you’d expect when paper is the final surface.

What makes these puzzles different for me isn’t the format, it’s the artwork.

I used designs that my staff created years ago for my home, long before they were ever considered for products. Seeing them again — this time as puzzles — genuinely makes me smile. They bring back very specific memories of the people who made them and the time we were all working together.

I’ve always been a design-in-repeat, textile-based designer. Making artwork meant to hang on a wall has never felt natural to me — it’s a different way of thinking. Over the years, though, I was lucky enough to work with many talented artists, and these puzzles use their files rather than forcing my own work into a format it wasn’t meant for.

In that sense, the puzzles feel more like a quiet archive than a new design experiment. They’re well made, they print beautifully, and they carry a lot of personal history for me — which is why they’re here.
